Prevent Workplace Injuries

Information for Businesses Regarding Federal Tariff Refunds
The Trump administration recently launched an online portal for businesses to claim refunds for paid import tariffs deemed illegal by the Supreme Court. The refund platform, called the Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries, is now active and can be accessed by visiting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection resource page. It is estimated that $166 billion in tariff refunds are owed. Once a claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 60 to 90 days, according to the agency.
